Abstract:
Tématem bakalářské práce je onemocnění zvané Parkinsonova choroba. Práce zahrnuje historii, mechanismus vzniku a původ choroby, dědičnost, diagnostiku, terapii a epidemiolgii. Závěr práce je věnován kazuistice pacienta.
Abstract:
The theme of thesis is Parkinson's disease. The work includes history, mechanism of formation and origin of disease, heredity, diagnosis, treatment and epidemiology. The conclusion is focused to case study of a patient.
