Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je teoreticko-průzkumného charakteru a zaměřuje se na životní příběh pacienta s Crohnovou chorobou. Teoretická část poskytuje přehled o Crohnově chorobě, modelu funkčních vzorců zdraví dle Marjory Gordonové a významu životního příběhu jako prostředku pro hlubší porozumění individuálních zkušeností jedinců. The bachelor thesis is theoretical research in nature and focuses on the life story of a patient with Crohn's disease. The theoretical section provides an overview of Crohn's disease, Marjory Gordon's functional health patterns model and the importance of the life story as a means of gaining a deeper understanding of individual experiences.
