Drinking regime of pupils at second degree of elementary school
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na pitný režim u žáků druhého stupně ZŠ. Teoretická část podává základní informace o významu a zásadách pitného režimu a rizicích, které mohou nastat při nevhodném příjmu tekutin. Dále jsou zde rozděleny druhy nápojů a uvedeny doporučení pro žáky ve věku 12 – 15 let. Empirickou část tvoří výzkum, který zkoumá množství a druh tekutin, které žáci přijímají během dne.
Abstract:
Bachalary work directed to drinking system at the pupils of the second grade of the Basic school. The theoretic part present principal information about the meaning and principal of the drinking system, diversification, which can come of bad accept of liquid.
