Brewery's perspective with a focus on the end consumer
Abstract:
Cílem této práce bylo zjistit perspektivu restauračního pivovaru ve vybrané lokalitě. Zároveň je v ní kladen velký důraz na požadavky jednotlivých spotřebitelů, které byly vyhodnoceny a následně uplatněny pro návrh potenciálního restauračního pivovaru.
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis was to determine the brewery's perspective in the selected location . At the same time it placed great emphasis on the requirements of individual consumers ,that have been evaluated and subsequently applied for the draft of the potential brewery.
