Tato diplomová práce si klade za cíl popsat a zanalyzovat situaci bezdůvodného obohacení v českém právním řádu v souvislosti s přechodem k zákonu č. 89/2012 Sb., občanskému zákoníku, ve znění pozdějších předpisů. The aim of this Diploma is to describe and analyse situation of the unjustified enrichment in the Czech legal system in relation to transition to the Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil code, as amended.
