The evolution of organized crime in cyberspace

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na vývoj organizovaného zločinu v kyberprostoru. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny definice organizovaného zločinu v kyberprostoru, jeho druhy a cíle. Praktická část je následovně rozdělena do dalších dvou částí. V první je stručně popsána historie vývoje organizovaného zločinu z oblasti kyberprostoru, struktura organizovaných skupin, jejich ideologie, cíle a znaky. Dále jsou zde uvedeny znaky organizovaného zločinu. V druhé části je popsán současný stav kybernetického zločinu, jeho aktuální trendy, vybrané organizované skupiny a strategie boje proti organizovanému zločinu a jeho možný budoucí vývoj.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses on the evolution of organized crime in cyberspace. The thesis is divided into two parts. In the theoretical part are presented the definitions of organized crime in cyberspace, their types and objectives. The practical part is subsequently divided into two more parts. The first briefly describes the history of the development of organized crime from cyberspace, the structure of organized groups, their ideology, targets and characteristics. Next, the characteristics of organized crime are presented. The second part describes the current state of cybercrime, its current trends, selected organized groups and strategies to fight organized crime and its possible future development.
