Analysis of the formation and functioning of the management MND, a.s.
Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na analýzu stávajícího stavu systému managementu vybrané akciové společnosti. V první části práce jsou vytyčena různá pojetí systému managementu a následně vybráno takové pojetí, pomocí kterého je analýza provedena. V druhé části je provedena analýza stávajícího stavu systému managementu a na základě analýzy je vytvořen soubor doporučení.
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of the current system of the management of chosen company. In the first part are described different conceptions of management system and is selected one concept, by which the analysis will be performed. In the second part the analysis is performed with the set of recommendations.
