Právní regulace opravných prostředků v daňovém řízení je obsažena v hlavě VII části druhé daňového řádu; v této části zákona jsou obsaženy spolu s opravnými prostředky i tzv. dozorčí prostředky. Práce pojednává především o oněch opravných prostředcích. Legal regulation of remedial measures in tax proceedings is included in The Catch VII of Part Two of the Tax Code ; This part contains the remedies along with the supervisory measures. The work deals primarily with those remedial measures.
