Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá využitím Snoezelenu jako podpůrné edukační metody. V teoretické části je prostřednictvím odborných zdrojů přiblížena metoda Snoezelen, její historie, cíle, principy, popsán je klient Snoezelenu a doprovázející osoba. V jedné kapitole teoretické části také více přibližuji vybavení multisenzorického prostředí vhodného k edukaci. V praktické části práce je realizován výzkum, který má za cíl zjistit, zda pedagogičtí pracovníci znají Snoezelen koncept, případně co ví o tomto evropském trendu ve vzdělávání, jak vnímají tuto multismyslovou místnost, zda ji umějí využívat jako výchovně-vzdělávací prostředí a zjistit, jaké jsou překážky v rozšiřování tohoto trendu na speciálních školách. Výzkumné šetření bylo realizováno prostřednictvím dotazníků, jako podpůrnou metodu jsem použila rozhovor. Výstupem práce je zhodnocení výsledků výzkumu a doporučení pro praxi.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the use of Snoezelen as a supportive teaching method. The concept of Snoezelen, its history, purpose, its client and their accompanying person are described in the theoretical part through scientific sources. A section of the theoretical portion also closely deals with the facilities and equipment of the multisensoric environment, suited for educational purposes. The practical part consists of research, aiming to ascertain whether the pedagogical staff is familiar with the Snoezelen concept, what do they know about this european trend in teaching, what is their view on the multisensoric room and are they able to use it effectively. The practical part is also trying to determine some of the obstacles blocking the expansion of this trend in special schools.The research was conducted primarily by questionnaires, with interviews being used as a secondary tool. The output of this thesis includes evaluation of research results and recommendations for use in practice.
