Obsahem této předkládané bakalářská práce je Peltierův článek s vysvětlením jeho funkce a praktickém zařazení v obvodu; jeho možnosti řízení, která jsou pro lepší pochopení funkčnosti uvedena ve stručnosti jako jednotlivá schématická zapojení, od spojité odporové regulace přes nespojitou, pulsně šířkovou modulaci až k integrovanému řešení, kdy se vše ovládá z počítače.
