Abstract:
Teoretická část bakalářské práce se zabývá základními dostupnými druhy müsli v ČR a charakteristikou komponent, ze kterých je müsli složeno. Nejrozsáhlejší prostor je proto věnován obilovinám. Tato práce se zabývá i technologickým zpracováním ovoce a krátce charakterizuje i chemické složení ořechů, semínek a nejpoužívanějších pseudocereálií pro výrobu müsli. Theoretical part of this thesis is focused on kind of muesli and characterizes its components. In terms of components is the largest area devoted to cereals. This thesis also deals with technological processing and there is a briefly characterized the chemical composition of nuts, seeds and pseudocereals whose the most are widely used for production of muesli.
