Conodont biostratigraphy of the Líšeň Formation at the Mokrá-central quarry
Abstract:
Práce si klade za cíl popsat nově odkrytý profil v lomu Mokrá (Moravský kras, ČR), odhalující část líšeňského souvrství z famenu a nejspodnějšího turné. Byl proveden podrobný litologický popis a bylo analyzováno deset vzorků. Stanovení konodontové biostratigrafie bylo dosaženo pomocí rodů Palmatolepis, Polygnathus, Bispathodus a Siphonodella. Abstract:
The thesis aims to describe a newly uncovered section in the Mokrá quarry (Moravian Karst, Czechia), exposing the Famennian and the lowermost Tournaisian part of the Líšeň Formation. A detailed lithological description was carried out, and ten samples were analyzed. Determining conodont biostratigraphy was achieved using the genera Palmatolepis, Polygnathus, Bispathodus, and Siphonodella. The studied …more
