Práce se zabývá právem na spravedlivý proces v řízení o udělení víza podle zákona o pobytu cizinců, zejména jeho dílčím procesním právem v podobě práva na přístup k soudu. Abstract:
This thesis deals with the right to a fair trial in a visa procedure under the Alies Act, in particular its partial procedural right in the form of a right of access to the court. Attention will be focused on the exclusion of the judicial review of the decision not to grant a visa.
