Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku střetů zájmů v ratingových agenturách s přihlédnutím k nařízení o ratingových agenturách. The presented thesis focuses on the conflicts of interests within credit rating agencies with regard to regulation on credit rating agencies. The particular areas of conflicts of interests as well as possible measures relating to conflicts of interests are introduced.
