Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce „Organizační struktura nadnárodních společností“ je analýza organizační struktury nadnárodní společnosti TÜV SÜD AG ve vztahu centrála – pobočka TÜV SÜD Slovakia, s. r. o. Teoretická část práce pojednává o procesu globalizace, organizačních strukturách, vztahu centrály a pobočky a vývojových trendech. V praktické části jsou pak tato teoretická východiska aplikována na situaci zkoumané společnosti. Praktická část obsahuje popis organizační struktury skupiny, vyhodnocení dotazníku s důrazem na část týkající se centralizace a decentralizace a konečně popis proběhnuvších změn v organizační struktuře zkoumané společnosti, jejich zhodnocení a návrh na další vylepšení.

Abstract:

The goal of the submitted thesis “Organizational structure of multinational companies” is to analyze organizational structure of multinational company TÜV SÜD AG in the relation headquarters – subsidiary TÜV SÜD Slovakia, s. r. o. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the process of globalization, organizational structures, relationship of the headquarters and subsidiary, and about trends. These grounds are applied to the examined company in the practical part of the thesis. The practical part contains the description of the organizational structure of the group, evaluation of the questionnaire with the focus on centralization and decentralization, the description of the changes which the group had run through lately, their evaluation and suggestions to other changes.
