Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na Nový občanský zákoník č. 89/2012 Sb., který přinesl mnoho velkých změn ve srovnání s občanským zákoníkem, zák. č. 40/1964 Sb. Tato práce si klade za hlavní cíl srovnat oba občanské zákoníky, a to především v dědickém právu a ochraně osobnosti člověka.
Abstract:
This work is foused on the New Civil Code No. 89/2012 Coll., which brought many major changes in comparison with the Civil Code Act. No. 40/1964 Coll. This work aims to campare both civil codes, especially in the law of the heir and the protection of the personality of man.
