Diplomová práce se zabývá využitím konkurence o trh – nabídkového řízení – v železniční dopravě. V dané problematice jsme analyzovali výstupy zahraničních studií zaměřujících se na výsledky nabídkových řízení a efektivitu železniční dopravy v závislosti na výchozích podmínkách, monopolním dopravci, možné konkurenci a podmínkách smluv. The diploma thesis deals with the use of competition for the market – the competitive tendering – in railway transport. In this issue, we analyzed the outputs of foreign studies focusing on the results of tenders and the efficiency of rail transport, depending on the starting conditions, the incumbent, the competition and the terms of the contracts.
