Tato práce se soustředí na vytvoření plánu pro založení e-shopu s hračkami. K dosažení tohoto cíle jsou stanoveny tři dílčí cíle. This work focuses on creating a business plan for establishing an e-shop selling toys. To achieve this goal, three sub-goals are set. The first sub-goal is to compile theoretical foundations and concepts using literary research and to explain various analysis methods, such as SWOT, Porter's Five Forces, PEST, and VRIO.
