Advanced spectroscopic methods in clinical biology and biochemistry

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o pokročilých spektroskopických metodách, které jsou v současnosti hodně používané, zejména pro kvantitativní i kvalitativní analýzu při zachycení proteinů na různých substrátech až po jejich využití při syntéze biomateriálů. Dále se práce věnuje principu vybraných pokročilých spektroskopických metod, jejich výhodám a popisu experimentální techniky. Experimentální část této bakalářské práce se zaměřuje na použití vybraných pokročilých spektroskopických metod, konkrétně metody MALDI a spektroskopické elipsometrie.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor´s degree thesis is to describe selected advanced spectroscopic methods, which are currently used. Described methods are used in wide range of biochemical research from the identification of antibodies to the synthesis of biomaterials. This work also discusses the principle of described methods, their advantages and experimental techniques. The experimental part of this work focuses on using spectroscopic methods such as MALDI and spectroscopic ellipsometry.
