Determination of Child Maintenance in the European Context
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá otázkou určování výživného na dítě a objektivizace výživného. Srovnává právní úpravu výživného na dítě a tabulky pro určování výživného v České republice a v Rakousku. Definuje také kritéria pro určování výživného a různé typy objektivizace výživného v evropských státech. Dále se zabývá úpravou výživného na dítě v návrhu nového občanského zákoníku v České republice.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the question of determination of child maintenance and objectification of maintenance. It compares the legal regulations of child maintenance and table for determination of maintenance in the Czech Republic and Austria.
