Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na převod ozubenými koly používanými konkrétně v zubovém čerpadle. Hlavním předmětem práce je konstrukční navržení ozubeného kola a vhodný návrh jeho výroby. Cílem jsou především základní provozní parametry zubového čerpadla, které vykazují dobré hodnoty s daným navrženým ozubením. V úvodní teoretické části práce se pojednává o základních pojmech týkajících se ozubení a zubových čerpadel pro správné porozumění celé problematiky těchto strojních prvků. Jedná se o takový teoretický úvod do problémů, které nastávají při správném navržení ozubeného kola, jehož funkce je neustálý převod tekutiny pod určitým tlakem v tělese zubového čerpadla. Aplikační část práce lze pochopit jako praktické vyřešení dané problematiky popsané v první části práce. Způsob návrhu konkrétního ozubeného kola je zde aplikovaný na zubovém čerpadle. Práce obsahuje i výpočty ozubených kol a na nich závislé výpočty zubových čerpadel v programové verzi pro rychlé získávání výsledků. Vhodně navržené ozubené kolo ovlivňuje spoustu faktorů ve výpočtu. V práci je zjištěno, že ozubené kolo s nejlepšími výsledky je kolo, které se od normalizovaného jednoduchého ozubeného kola liší a musí se navrhnout s jistými modifikacemi a změnami, které mohou být u jiných zařízení nepřípustné.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on transmission of gear wheel used specifically in gear pump. The main subject of this work is design of gear wheel and suitable design of its production. In particular, the aim is to provide basic gear parameters of the gear pump, which have good values with a given gear. The introductory theoretical part of the thesis deals with the basic terms related to gearing and gear pumps for the correct understanding of the whole issue of these machine elements. This is a theoretical introduction to the problems that arise when the gear is correctly designed, whose function is to continuously transfer fluid under a certain pressure in the gear pump body. The application part of the thesis can be understood as a practical solution of the given problem described in the first part of the thesis. The method of designing a particular gear is applied here on a gear pump. The work also includes calculations of gears and dependent calculations of gear pumps in the program version for quick retrieval of results. An appropriately designed gear wheel affects many factors in the calculation. It is found that a gear with the best results is a wheel that differs from a normalized single gear and must be designed with some modifications and changes that may be impermissible for other devices.
