Profesional nursing organizations in the Czech Republic and abroad

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je teoretická a zabývá se profesními organizacemi všeobecných sester nejenom v České republice, ale i v zahraničí. Profesní organizace všeobecných sester jsou součástí moderního ošetřovatelství zajišťující jistotu pracovníkům dané profese, že jejich zájmy budou hájeny a zastupovány. Sdružuje osoby s obdobnými cíli a prosazuje zájmy nejen všeobecných sester, ale i dalších nelékařských zdravotnických pracovníků (např. porodních asistentek, nutričních terapeutů, fyzioterapeutů atp.). Profesní organizace všeobecných sester reprezentuje obor ošetřovatelství, podporuje rozvoj profese, teoretické a praktické základny oboru. Hlavní metodou, která byla použita, je studium a analýza písemných pramenů a odborné literatury. Výstupem bakalářské práce je článek připravený k publikaci v odborném periodiku, viz příloha A.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is theoretical and deals with professional organizations of nurses, not only in the Czech Republic but also abroad. Professional organizations of nurses are part of modern nursing. Nursing organizations are providing assurance to the staff of the profession that their interests will be defended and represented. It brings together people with similar goals and promotes the interests not only of nurses, but also of other non-medical health professionals (eg midwives, nutrition therapists, physiotherapists, etc.). The professional organization of nurses represents the field of nursing, supports the development of the profession, the theoretical and practical basis of the field. The output of the bachelor thesis is an article.
