Diplomová práce se zabývá vybranými právními aspekty v zákonných intencích vazebního institutu. Vzhledem k vazbě, jakožto zajišťovacího nástroje, jejíž aplikací dochází k omezení osobní svobody člověka, vychází nejprve z ústavněprávního zakotvení, na které navazuje vymezením vlastního pojmu a účelu vazby. This thesis is concerned with some legal aspects within the legislative intentions of the custodial institution. Since custody is a tool of detaining a suspect and thus of restricting personal freedom, the thesis first looks at its constitutional basis, followed by a definition of the term itself and then by its purpose.
