Clitellata and other invertebrates from underground waters of the Moravian Karst: diversity and variability

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá druhovým složením makrozoobentosu, zejména vodních opaskovců (Clitellata) podzemních vod Moravského krasu. Práce se skládá z části rešeršní a z části praktické. Rešeršní část se věnuje popisu Moravského krasu. Dále shrnuje problematiku krasových vod z hlediska faktorů prostředí, skladby a charakteristiky makrozoobentosu a druhového zastoupení a charakteristiky opaskovců. Praktická část zahrnuje popis zkoumaných lokalit, metodiku odběrů, metodiku zpracování získaných dat, výsledky a přílohy. Celkem bylo odebráno 17 vzorků v letech 2016-2017. Jednalo se o devět jeskyní a osm vývěrů. Byly odebírány tyto dva typy lokalit kvůli možnosti srovnání. Celkem bylo nalezeno 45 taxonů v šesti vyšších taxonomických kategoriích a naměřeno 29 faktorů prostředí, redukovaných na 8 nejdůležitějších. Data byla zpracována pomocí programů Microsoft Excel 2007 a Statistica 12. Mezi faktory prostředí, celkovými abundancemi a druhovým zastoupením jednotlivých skupin v jeskyních a vývěrech nebyl zjištěn signifikantní rozdíl.

Abstract:

This thesis is focused on composition of macrozoobenthos, especially of aquatic Clitellata in the underground waters of Moravian Karst. Thesis is consisted of the reasearch part and the practical part. The research part is dedicated to a description of Moravian Karst. Then it summarizes the problematics of karst waters in terms of abiotic factors, composition and characteristics of macrozoobenthos and composition and characteristics of aquatic Clitellata. The practical part includes description of the examined localities, description of the sampling methods and data processing methods, then results and annexes. 17 samples were collected in total between the years 2016 and 2017. Nine of the samples were collected in the cave waters, eight samples in karst springs. The reason of sampling two different types of localities was the oppurtunity to compare them. Altogether 45 taxa in six higher taxonomic categories were found, and 29 abiotic factors were measured, later reducted to eight, the most important. The data has been processed in programs Microsoft Excel 2007 and Statistica 12. There has not been found a significant difference of the abiotic factors, total abundances and the taxa composition of the individual higher taxonomic groups between caves and karst springs.
