Tato práce se soustřeďuje na problematiku uplatnění opravných systémů prostřednictvím konkrétních opravných prostředků s ohledem na dosažení účelu civilního řízení. The thesis focuses on the issues related to applying for remedy systems via filling a remedy with respect to achieving the purpose of civil proceedings. A remedy proceeding is an integral part of the civil proceeding and high quality modification thereof may significantly contribute to the protection of individual rights.
