Diplomová práce pojednává o vedlejších doložkách v závěti, které byli vždy součástí českého právního řádu, avšak v některých zákonících s určitými omezeními. Cílem práce je provést komplexní analýzu vedlejších doložek v závěti s použitím relevantní literatury a judikatury. V práci je osvětlen historický vývoj a změny v právních řádech na našem území. Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with subordinate clauses in wills, that were always a part of the Czech rule of law, however in some codes with certain restrictions. The goal of this work is to conduct a complex analysis in subordinate clauses in wills using relevant literatures and case laws.
