Úkolem této diplomové práce je zmapovat všechny projevy futurologie na česko-polském pohraničí, od Ostravy až po Polský Těšín. Předmětnou diplomovou práci jsem podělila na pět základních části. První, teoretická, část se zabývá definováním pojmů futurologie, magie, atd..
