Návrh adaptačního a kariérového plánu pracovníka s ohledem na danou firemní kulturu

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je navržení a vypracování adaptačního plánu pro pracovníka telemarketingu a kariérového plánu pro teamleadera ve společnosti Unicall, s. r. o. Praktickým cílem je sjednotit veškeré teoretické poznatky a postupy do plánů, které budou přínosem pro firmu a budou použitelné v praxi. V práci byly použity metody jako pozorování, analýza, syntéza a následně srovnávání. Díky přímé účasti ve společnosti byly pozorováním zjištěny skutečnosti, které jsou nyní ve firemní kultuře platné a dalšími metodami byly rozpracovány do celků, které následně sloužily jako podklad pro adaptační a kariérové plány.Výsledné adaptační plány ve firmě pomohou k lepšímu začlenění zaměstnance do firemní kultury a připraví ho na jeho pracovní činnost. Kariérové plány pomohou identifikovat vhodné zaměstnance pro další pracovní postup a umožňují jeho rozvoj správným směrem. Oba plány mají pomoci k lepší orientaci vedoucích pracovníků a zároveň jsou motivací pro samotné pracovníky. Jsou dobře použitelné a ve firmě Unicall, s. r. o. by měly pomoci ke koordinaci personální práce.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is designing and developing of an adaptation plan for telemarketing staff and a career plan for the teamleader in the company Unicall the Ltd. Practical purpose is to unify all theoretical knowledge and business practices into plans which will be a benefit for the company and will be applicable in practice.Method like observation, analysis, synthesis, and then comparision are used in the thesis. Due to my direct involvement in the company, which are now used in current corporate culture, were observed and according to other methods were been divided into units, which subsequently served as a basis for adaptation and career plans. The resulting adjustment in the firm´s plans will help employees to integrate better into the corporate culture and přepade them for their work. Career plans will help to identify appropriate staff for further workflow and allow their development in the right direction. Both plans are designed to help and to guide managers and they are motivation for the workers themselves too.Plans are usable and in good company Unicall, Ltd should help to coordinate the work of personnel.
