Abstract:

Diplomová práce „Osvojování klíčových kompetencí u dospělých osob s mentálním postižením v sociálně terapeutické dílně Tréninková pekárna“ je členěna do 4 kapitol. První kapitola se zabývá mentálním postižením, vymezuje definici, etiologii, klasifikaci a specifika osobnosti dospělého člověka s mentálním postižením. Druhá kapitola pojednává o sociálních službách, charakterizuje významné změny v novém zákoně o sociálních službách. Dále vymezuje službu sociálně terapeutických dílen. Poslední kapitola se zabývá vymezením a charakteristikou klíčových kompetencí, jejich pozicí v důležitých vzdělávacích dokumentech a jejich specifikem vzhledem k lidem s mentálním postižením. Ve čtvrté kapitole, empirické části práce, jsou metodou kvalitativního výzkumu zpracovány případové studie 5 informantů. V závěru této kapitoly se nachází závěrečné vyhodnocení výzkumného šetření.

Abstract:

The thesis "Acquiring of key competences by adult people with mental disability at the socially therapeutic workshop Training bakery" is divided into four chapters. The first chapter deals with the mental disability, it establishes the definition,etiology, classification and the specifics of the personality of the adult person with mental disability. The second chapter refers to the social services, it characterizes the significant changes made in the new law on social services. Further, it defines the service of social therapy workshops. The last chapter deals with the definition and characteristics of key competences, their position in important educational documents and their specifics taking into consideration people with mental disability. In the fourth chapter, which is the empirical part, there are the case studies of five informants processed by qualitative method of research . In the end of this chapter there is the final evaluation of the research.
