Abstract:
Tato práce je zaměřena na přípravu a studium biologické aktivity vybraných derivátů 2,6,9 trisubstituovaných purinů jako duálních inhibitorů cyklin-dependentních kináz a FLT3 kináz. V teoretické části byla provedena literární rešerše CDK, CDK inhibitorů, FLT3 a FLT3 inhibitorů, přehled jejich strukturních typů, selektivity a případného terapeutického využití. Abstract:
This thesis is focused on the preparation and study of biological activity of selected derivates 2,6,9 trisubstituted purines as dual inhibitors cyclin dependent kinases and FLT3 kinases. In theoretical part a literature research was performed on the CDK, CDK inhibitors, FLT3 and FLT3 inhibitors, their structural types, selectivity and eventual therapeutic use.
