Quality evaluation of hame care from the perspective of the patient with lawer limb ulceration

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na pacienty s vředovou chorobou dolních končetin, kteří jsou v péči sester agentury domácí péče. Skládá se z teoretické a výzkumné části. Teoretická část se skládá ze tří hlavních okruhů. 1. Domácí zdravotní péče, kde jsou stručně popsány základní údaje o domácí péči. 2. Kvalita péče. 3. Vředová choroba dolních končetin, kde je stručně popsán charakter tohoto onemocnění a možnosti léčby.Výzkumná část je zpracovaná formou dotazníků, zjišťující vliv domácího prostředí na pacienty s vředovou chorobou, jejich potřeby a spokojenost s poskytovanou péčí v agentuře domácí péče.V závěru praktické části vyhodnocuji výzkum, který bude sloužit i jako zpětná vazba pro sestry agentury domácí péče o spokojenosti a potřebách pacientů v domácí péči.

Abstract:

This bachelor´s thesis focuses on patients suffering from venous leg ulcer, that are taken care of by home health care agencies (and their nurses). It consists of two parts, the theoretical and the practical one. The theoretical part is divided into three main chapters.1. Home health care where the basic information related to home care is given.2. Quality of home health care.3. Venous leg ulcer with a brief description of the disease and its treatment. The practical part is a questionnaire which deals with the influence of home environment on the patients suffering from venous leg ulcer, investigating their needs and level of satisfaction with the services provided by the home care agencies. The research evaluation and summary, which can be found at the end of the practical part, is also intended to serve as a feedback to the home care nurses, giving them information about the general satisfaction and needs of the patients that are using the home care services.
