V předkládané disertační práci se zabývám institutem změny okolností z hlediska jeho systematického pojetí v občanském zákoníku. Daný institut podrobuji zejména ekonomické analýze. In the present doctoral thesis I deal with the institute of change in circumstances with respect to its systematic approach in the Czech Civil Code. I analyze the institute in a perspective of economics. I compare it with other related institutes to show the difference between them.
