Abstract:

Zhodnocení účinnosti stromové injektáže v managementu klíněnky jírovcové Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zhodnocením účinnosti stromové injektáže v managementu klíněnky jírovcové. Literární přehled pojednává o rodu jírovci a popisuje tento rod v rámci vědecké klasifikace, uvádí seznam jednotlivých druhů, přibližuje morfologii, ekologii a reprodukci jírovce. Následně popisuje klíněnku jírovcovou a možné ošetření zejména jírovce maďalu proti tomuto škůdci. V metodice je popsán pracovní způsob, jakým byla práce vedena. Následně jsou uvedeny samotné výsledky výzkumu. V první části jsou zaznamenány dendrometrické údaje jednotlivých dřevin a také aktuální účinnost ošetření dřevin injektážní metodou za užití roztoku Abamektinu. Poté jsou prezentovány výsledky na základě terénního šetření prováděného 5 hodnotiteli pro zhodnocení dlouhodobosti ošetření jírovců metodou stromové injektáže. Vliv ošetření byl také hodnocen v rámci programu ImageJ, kdy došlo k přesnému změření listové plochy a následnému uvedení procentuálního napadení asimilačního aparátu ze vzorníkových stromů, které reprezentovaly statistický vzorek pro každou varietu v experimentu (varianta ošetření). V rámci kapitoly Diskuse dochází k úvahám nad výsledky této práce a k porovnání závěrů s odbornou literaturou.

Abstract:

The efficiency of trunk injection as an individual method of tree protection against Horse Chestnut Leaf Miner This bachelor thesis is about the efficiency of trunk injection as an individual method of tree protection against Horse Chestnut Leaf Miner. The chapter Review discusses about genus Aesculus and describe this genus in scientific classification, a list of genus species, morphology, ecology and reproduction. In next part is talked about horse-chestnut leaf miner, and possible treatments against this pest. The methodology describes the working method in which the work was created. The actual results of the research are then presented. In the first part, dendrometric data of individual trees are presented, as well as the efficiency evaluation of abamectin treatment. After that, the results of a duration of treatment (after 5 years) based on the field investigation carried out by 5 evaluators are presented. The effect of the treatments was also evaluated within ImageJ, where the leaf area was accurately measured and the percentage of infestation of the assimilative apparatus was subsequently reported. As part of the discussion, there were considerations on the results of this work.
