Psychopathological phenomena at the workplace

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na současný stav, psychopatologických jevů na pracovišti. Jakým způsobem oběti řeší negativní setkání s negativními jevy jako je mobbing, bossing, staffing a kyberšikana, jak tuto skutečnosti řeší dané společnosti. Součástí práce je porovnání výzkumu mobbingu, bossingu, staffingu a kyberšikany, v České republice a v zahraničí. Dále je kladen důraz na aktuální legislativu v České republice. Práce se zabývá otázkami řešení prevence a možnostmi pomoci obětem tohoto násilí. Cílem teoretické části je shrnutí poznatků páce a vymezení základních pojmů souvisejících s problematikou psychopatologických jevů na pracovišti. Dále se práce zabývá příčinami a pohnutkami těchto psychopatologických jevů, charakteristickými znaky, jevy, typy pachatelů a obětí. Cílem empirické části byla identifikace a analýza dle zjištěných výsledků, vytvoření preventivního návrhu pro oběti šikany. Jak na ni reagovat, na koho se mohou obrátit a jak se mohou bránit. V závěru anonymního dotazníku ověřuji míru ohrožení mobbingem, bossingem, staffingem, a kyberšikanou u respondentů. Jaké jsou rozdíly mezi pohlavími, věkem, rodinným stavem a vzděláním.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis focuses on the current state of psychopathological phenomena in the workplace. How do victims deal with negative encounters with negative phenomena such as mobbing, bossing, staffing and cyberbullying, how these companies deal with this fact. Part of the thesis is a comparison of research on mobbing, bossing, staffing and cyberbullying, in the Czech Republic and abroad. Furthermore, emphasis is placed on current legislation in the Czech Republic. The work deals with the issues of prevention solutions and the possibilities of helping the victims of this violence. The aim of the theoretical part is to summarize the findings of the lever and to define the basic terms related to it with the issue of psychopathological phenomena at the workplace. Furthermore, the work deals with the causes and motivations of these psychopathological phenomena, characteristic features, phenomena, types of perpetrators and victims. The aim of the empirical part was the identification and analysis according to the results found, the creation of a preventive proposal for victims of bullying. How to react to it, who they can turn to and how they can defend themselves. At the end of the anonymous questionnaire, I verify the degree of threat from mobbing, bossing, staffing, and cyberbullying among respondents. What are the differences between sexes, age, marital status and education.
