Bakalářská práce se zabývá cílenou syntézou a ověřením možnosti racemizace při syntéze zvolených opticky aktivních 2-hydroxy-N-[1-oxo-1-(fenylamino)alkan-2-yl]benzamidů. Jsou zde uvedeny pojmy související s možnostmi zjištění racemizace v organických sloučeninách i její ovlivnění v průběhu organických reakcí. Abstract:
This bachelor work is aimed on target synthesis and verification of potential racemisation of chosen 2-hydroxy-N-[1-oxo-1-(phenylamino)alkane-2-yl]benzamides. Terms and basic presumptions related to the topic of racemisation of organic compounds and the detection are mentioned and explained.
