Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje významné události z roku 2012 – velké metanolové aféře, a to především z pohledu práva. Začátek práce se zaměřuje na shrnutí a následné vysvětlení pojmů spojených s touto otravou. This bachelor thesis focuses on a significant incident in 2012 – large methanol affair especially regarding law. At the beginning there is a summary and following explanation of basic concepts connected to this poisoning.
