Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na charakteristiku a kuchyňské využití netradičních druhů jádrového ovoce.V práci je popsána chemická struktura ovoce obecně, rozdělení druhů ovoce dle platné vyhlášky ministerstva zemědělství 157/2003 a stručný popis charakteristiky jednotlivých druhů. Abstract:
My bachelor work is focused on characteristics and cooking preparations of unusual kinds of pomaceous fruit. I described the chemical structure of fruit generally, sorting of kinds of fruit according to the regulation of Ministry of agriculture 157/2003 and a short description of characteristics of individual kinds in my work.
