Diplomová práce se věnuje procesu přihlášení pohledávky a jejího přezkumu v insolvenčním řízení podle zákona č. 182/2006 Sb., insolvenční zákon. Práce také obsahuje charakteristiku pohledávek přihlašovaných do insolvenčního řízení a rozbor popěrných úkonů účastníků řízení se zaměřením na popření vykonatelné pohledávky insolvenčním správcem. Abstract:
The Diploma thesis deals with the process of logging of claims and its review under the Act no. 182/2006 Coll., Insolvency Act. The thesis also contains the characteristics of the claims logged in insolvency proceeding and the analysis of objections to claim of the parties in interest focused on objections to executory claims made by the bankruptcy trustee.
