Abstract:
Předmětem mé diplomové práce je analýza předání investičního celku v mezinárodních dodávkách. Tato analýza je prováděna jako komparace úpravy v českém právu a smluvních podmínek FIDIC Red Book, IV. edice (1987). Součástí této práce je také stručný pohled nazpůsob, jakým národní právní úpravy zachází s nestátními prameny práva a speciálně s těmito smluvními podmínkami.
Abstract:
The subject of my thesis is the analysis of take-over of the complete industrial plant in the international trade transactions. This method of this analysis is a comparison of Czech law and the FIDIC contract, Red Book, IV. edition (1987). Part of this work is a brief look at method, how national law treats with non-state sources of law, and specifically with these terms of contract.
