International Jurisdiction in Matters of Cross-border Succession
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou mezinárodní pravomoci ve věcech dědických. V práci jsou analyzována pravidla pravomoci podle stávajícího českého práva, dvoustranných smluv o právní pomoci i dle nadcházející úpravy v právu českém a právu unijním.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with matters of international jurisdiction for succession with cross-border element. Rules of jurisdiction are analysed in the thesis by current czech law, bilateral treaties on legal assistance and by on-coming regulations of czech law and EU law.
