HR management in companies: personnel strategy of a specific company
Abstract:
Práce je směřována do personalistické práce. Zaměřuje se na systém personální strategie, která vede k vysoce loajálním zaměstnancům s vysokou mírou stability a je aplikovatelná na obchodně výrobní firmu v České republice. Výstupem práce je analýza současného personálního stavu konkrétní společnosti a návrh funkční personální strategie vedoucí k efektivnímu fungování a spokojeným zaměstnancům.
Abstract:
This thesis is directed to a personalistic work. It focuses on a personnel strategy system that leads to highly loyal employees with a high degree of stability and is applicable to a commercial manufacturing company in the Czech Republic.
