Abstract:
Tato práce se soustřeďuje na identifikaci příčin vzniku a množství gastroodpadu v průběhu celého potravinového řetězce. Vyhodnocuje, kolik kilogramů potravin je odstraňováno v časovém období jednoho roku. Praktická část je věnována průzkumu, který probíhal v období od listopadu 2019 do října 2020. Abstract:
This work is focused on identifying the causes and amount of gastro-waste throughout the food chain. It evaluates how many kilograms of food are removed in a period of one year. The practical part is devoted to the survey, which took place in the period from November 2019 to October 2020.
