Práca sa zameriava na tému tréningových aktivít pracovných tímov, pričom sa sústredí na kvantitatívne vyhodnotenie ich prínosu. Autorka sa v jednotlivých kapitolách snaží o identifikovanie metódy merania, jej overenie v praxi a odporúčanie pre praktické využitie v tréningovej agentúre. The work targets on working teams{\crq} training activities and focuses on the issue of quantitative evaluation of their assets. The author aims in each chapter to identify measurement methods, its acknowledgement in work praxis and its reference for practical use in a training agency.
