The development of criminology from the uprise until present

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vývojem kriminalistiky od jejího vzniku až po současnost. Na počátku teoretické části se bakalářská práce zabývá základními pojmy kriminalistiky. Dále popisuje historii a osobnosti světové kriminalistiky. Ve zvláštní kapitole se poté věnuje historii a osobnostem kriminalistiky na území Československa. V další části se zaměřuje na kriminalistickou taktiku. V poslední kapitole teoretické části charakterizuje výslech a úkony s výslechem spojené. Praktická část obsahuje rozhovor, jehož tématem byl právě výslech.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis deals with the development of criminology from its inception to the present day. At the beginning of the theoretical part, the bachelor's thesis deals with the basic concepts of criminology. It also describes the history and personalities of world criminology. In a special chapter, he then deals with the history and personalities of criminalistics in the territory of Czechoslovakia. In the next part, he focuses on criminal tactics. In the last chapter of the theoretical part, he characterizes interrogation and actions connected with interrogation. The practical part contains an interview, the topic of which was the interrogation.
