Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá stanovením beta amyloidu 1-42, celkového proteinu tau a proteinu tau fosforylovaného v mozkomíšním moku. Analýza těchto parametrů byla provedena u pacientů trpících normotenzním hydrocefalem, demencí nebo jinými neurologickými problémy. Podle diagnózy byli pacienti rozděleni do dvou skupin, které jsme statisticky porovnali a poté provedli ROC analýzu. Výsledky byly podrobněji …more
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the determination of beta amyloid 1-42, total tau protein and tau protein phosphorylated in cerebrospinal fluid. These parameters were analyzed in group of patients suffering from normotensive hydrocephalus, dementia or other neurological problems.
