Cílem této práce bylo zjistit, zda je regionální karta sociálních služeb vhodným nástrojem pro měření efektivity sociálních služeb. Jaký typ dat tento nástroj přináší a jak s ním jednotlivé služby pracují. V teoretické části jsme se zaměřili na pojmy sociální služby, efektivita a kvalita. The aim of this thesis was to find out if the regional card of social services is suitable tool for measurement of social service's effectiveness. Which type of dates this tool brings and how individual services works with it. In theoretical part we focused on concepts social services, effectiveness and quality.
