Práce se věnuje tématu stylů manažerského rozhodování. Teoreticko–metodologická část je zaměřena na téma rozhodování, dále také problémům, kterým musí management při rozhodování čelit. Rozebírám také jaký by měl být manažer jako osobnost. V analyticko–praktické části je vyhotovena situační analýza firmy Malitas s. r. o. Bachelor thesis deals with the topic of managerial decision-making styles. The theoretical and methodological part is focused on the topic of decision-making, as well as the problems that management have to face when making decisions.
