Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na komplexní péči o pacienta s plicní i mimoplicní tuberkulózou, jehož negativní postoj k terapii a nespolupráce nepříznivě ovlivňuje účinky léčby. Mapuje průběh hospitalizace a přibližuje specifickou ošetřovatelskou péči, stavěnou v oblasti bio-psycho-sociálních potřeb člověka. Součástí je řada doporučení týkajících se přístupu zdravotní sestry k pacientovi, jehož nutriční hodnoty se pohybují pod hranicí přežití a zároveň se u něj prohlubuje narušení psychiky, projevující se negativním postojem k terapii a životu samotnému. Rozdělena je na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části je stručně popsána anatomie a fyziologie dýchacího systému, historie, výskyt, etiologie, charakteristika původce onemocnění, způsoby přenosu, rizikové faktory ovlivňující vnímavost jedince na patogen, patogeneze, projevy a příznaky, diagnostika, léčba a prevence šíření tuberkulózy. Součástí je i nastínění problematiky mimoplicní TBC, tuberkulózy u dětí, seniorů, těhotných a kojících žen. Praktická část popisuje ošetřovatelskou péči u pacienta s výše zmíněnou diagnózou během pobytu na plicní stanici 1 - izolaci. Sleduje vývoj choroby, reakce organismu na léčbu a přístup pacienta k léčebnému režimu a terapeutickým metodám. Obsahuje i stanovení ošetřovatelských diagnóz, cílů, plánů a konečné hodnocení. Závěrečná část obsahuje shrnutí celé výzkumné práce, seznam použitých odborných literatur a informačních zdrojů, seznam příloh a přílohy samotné.

Abstract:

Bachelor's thesis is focused on the comprehensive care of the patient with pulmonary and extra pulmonary tuberculosis whose negative attitude towards therapy and noncompliance adversely affects the effects of treatment. It maps the course of hospitalization and brings specific nursing care, built on the bio-psycho-social needs of man. Included is a series of recommendations relating the nurse s approach to the patient, whose nutritional values are below the threshold of survival and at the same time he deepens the mental disruption, manifesting a negative attitude to the therapy and to life itself. It is divided into the theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical part, there is briefly described the anatomy and physiology of the respiratory system, history, the incidence, etiology, characteristics of the causative agent of the disease, ways of transmission, risk factors affecting the susceptibility of the individual to the pathogen, pathogenesis, signs and symptoms, diagnosis, treatment and prevention of the spread of tuberculosis. It also includes an outline of the issue of extra pulmonary TB, tuberculosis in children, the elderly, pregnant and lactating women. The practical part describes nursing care for a patient with the above mentioned diagnosis during stay at the Lung station 1 - insulation. It monitors the development of the disease, the body's response to treatment and the approach of the patient to the therapeutic regime and therapeutic methods. It also contains the determination of nursing diagnoses, goals, plans and final evaluation. The final section contains a summary of the whole research work, a list of professional literature and information sources, a list of annexes and the annex itself.
