Předmětem diplomové práce „Skladové hospodářství konkrétního podniku“ je analýza řízení zásob v rámci jedné skladové lokace podniku. V prvních dvou kapitolách jsou vymezeny základní pojmy a souvislosti logistiky a základní modely pro řízení zásob. The goal of the submitted thesis “Stock holding in a concrete company” is to analyse the inventory management in one storage location of the selected company. The first and second parts of the thesis define the basic concept of logistics and inventory management models.
