Cryptocurrency taxation

Abstract:

Práce je zaměřena na zdanění příjmů z kryptoměn. Cílem je definovat typy příjmů spojené s virtuálními měnami, analyzovat postupy jejich zdanění v souladu s platnou legislativou a identifikovat oblasti, které jsou nedostatečně nebo vůbec právně upravené. Budou popsány typy zdanitelných příjmů a rozebrány možnosti jejich ocenění v rámci daňové evidence a účetnictví. Postup pro sestavení základu daně bude rozebrán pro podnikatele a nepodnikatelské subjekty.

Abstract:

The thesis is focused on taxation of cryptocurrencies. The aim is to define the types of revenue associated with virtual currencies, to analyze their taxation practices in accordance with applicable legislation, and to identify areas that are inadequately or not regulated. The types of taxable income will be described and the possibilities of their valuation within tax records and accounting will be discussed. The procedure for establishing the tax base will be analyzed for entrepreneurs and non-business entities.
